No stair fee, no long-carry fee, and a narrow gate or gravel driveway doesn't add one either. We count flights and measure access during the walkthrough, and it's already folded into the written number.

A standard washer and dryer, yes, and we will roll the fridge once it is defrosted and the water line is off. Anything hardwired or gas-fed needs a licensed trade -- tell us early and we will time the day around it.

Clothes can stay put -- we shrink-wrap the drawers shut. Anything with glass, liquids, or real weight needs to come out, or a two-person carry turns into a four-person one.

Common when a closing and a move-out date do not line up. The truck stays sealed overnight in our Mesa yard, not a shared warehouse, and the same crew opens it at delivery.

Local jobs usually have room a week out. Snowbird season, October through April, is our busiest stretch for long-distance lanes, so book those three to four weeks ahead if you can.

Yes -- veteran, disabled, and active or retired military discounts come off the written quote before you sign, not after. Mention it when you book and Victoria applies it to the figure.

Basic released-value protection is standard and settles by weight. Victoria can also arrange full-value protection before your date, covering repair, replacement or a settlement on the item -- either way, we handle the claim ourselves.
