October through April, about half our bookings are snowbird households switching between a winter home in Mesa and a summer address elsewhere — same truck, same crew, load to delivery.

How it runs

  • Victoria prices the room list and destination access on a video call
  • One trailer per household, loaded and unloaded by the same crew
  • Free short-term holding at our own yard when closing dates don’t line up

Monsoon season can close a road mid-route

A summer microburst can flood a wash between July and September; Derek Osborn builds a buffer into the drive time on late-summer lanes.

The four lanes we run most

Lane Why people book it The corridor
Mesa to Las Vegas No state income tax US-93 through Kingman to I-15, one day
Mesa to San Diego Coastal transfers, cooler summers I-10 through Phoenix to I-8, one day
Mesa to Denver More house for the money I-17 to Flagstaff, then I-40 east, two days
Mesa to Albuquerque Family, lower cost of living I-17 to Flagstaff, then I-40 east, one to two days

A lease gap usually means a short hold at our yard; ask the office what that costs. For East Valley-only moves, see local moving.

Before You Book This Service

Can delivery be timed to when our new lease starts?

That's the normal way it's booked. Derek Osborn works backward from your key date, and if the two ends don't meet, we hold the shipment here instead of leaving it loaded and waiting.

We're snowbirds moving between two addresses. Do you handle that regularly?

It's a large share of what we run October through April. The same crew and the same short-term-hold option apply whether it's a seasonal switch or a permanent move.

Does monsoon season ever delay a delivery?

Rarely, but a flooded wash can close a road for a few hours in July or August. The drive plan on any late-summer lane already accounts for it.

How far ahead should we book a Denver or Albuquerque move?

Three to four weeks is comfortable. Snowbird season and the summer months are our busiest stretch on every lane, so those dates are worth locking in earlier.

Why Households Choose Us for This

A Price You Can Trust

Matthew or Victoria looks at the actual load before a number goes on paper, and that number holds through move day. No revised total waiting at the truck.

No Day Labor, Ever

If someone’s carrying your couch, they’re on our payroll and passed a background check before we ever handed them a dolly — not hired off an app that morning.

Licensed in Arizona

Our household-goods carrier registration and interstate authority are both on file, and every load carries $1M in cargo coverage.

Beating the Heat

Summer jobs start before 8am so the crew isn’t working a driveway at noon. You still get a two-hour window and a heads-up call when the truck pulls out.

Nothing Tacked On Later

Gate codes, gravel side-yards, and East Valley mileage are already priced in — the total we quote is the total on the invoice.

Stocked Before We Knock

Every truck rolls out with blankets, straps, dollies, and shrink wrap already loaded, so there’s no run to a supply store mid-job.

Reserve a Date in Minutes

Lock in your Mesa date and crew online — useful advice during snowbird season, when the good weeks book up fast.

Reschedule Without a Fight

A monsoon rolls through, a flight gets delayed — move your date or cancel ahead of time and it costs you nothing.

Quotes Built On Real Jobs

We price off actual moves we’ve run around Mesa, not a generic online calculator, and veterans, active-duty military, and disabled customers get a discount worked in.

Our move took under four hours and nothing was damaged — the crew wrapped every piece of furniture without being asked. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Showed up on time despite the heat, worked straight through, and the quote didn’t change once they saw the house. That’s rare these days.

Two guys handled my whole apartment by themselves and were careful with my piano. Genuinely impressed with how organized they were.

Booked them for a long-distance move to Denver and everything arrived exactly as packed. Communication the whole drive was a nice touch.

Called last minute for a same-week move and they still fit us in. Fair price, no surprise fees at the end.
