New construction in Queen Creek and Gilbert closes late often enough that we treat it as routine, and snowbird households switching addresses in October or April regularly need a few weeks of holding between the two. We run our own warehouse for that gap.
How our storage works
- No minimum term; a two-week gap and a six-month hold are priced the same way
- Your household goes into wooden vaults on pallets, closed and banded, not piled loose
- Everything is photographed and numbered going in; you keep the list to check on the way out

Your things are never handed to a third-party warehouse. The crew that wraps the dining table in June is usually the one setting it down again in September.
Storage attaches cleanly to a local move or an out-of-state run; ask the office what space is open for the week you need it.
