How the four kinds of work are priced

One crew, start to finish
We hold Arizona household-goods carrier registration plus interstate authority for the long-haul lanes, and every truck carries current cargo and liability coverage. The people who load your furniture are Matthews Movers employees the whole way through; nothing is subcontracted out to another carrier mid-route.
If something changes after the date is booked

Damage and claims
Every shipment carries basic released-value protection by default; it is not replacement-cost coverage, since any claim settles based on the item’s weight rather than what it is actually worth. If you want real replacement value behind your things, full-value protection can be added for a percentage of your declared value, arranged in writing before the truck is loaded. Both levels sit on top of our cargo insurance.
You have nine months from delivery to file a claim in writing; once we have seen the item or your photos, we respond.
