Matthews Movers is eight people, all on our payroll: two in the office, two crew chiefs, and four movers on the trucks.
Who picks up when you call
Matthew Delgado owns the company. He loaded trucks for other Valley movers before starting his own in 2018, and still works gated-community jobs and pianos himself.
Victoria Delgado joined in 2020 to run the office. She answers most calls, builds the crew schedule, and signs off on every quote, asking about gate codes and HOA rules on the first call.
Two crew chiefs, two specialties
Derek Osborn, Lead Crew Chief since 2020, runs the long-distance side and the snowbird rush each fall and spring. Caleb Rourke, Crew Chief since 2022, rigs pianos and gun safes and knows which East Valley side gates are narrower than they look.
